COVID 19
Info on what Shiner Studios is doing to flatten the curve:
Keeping my Customers and I Healthy is Top Priority
I am dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of my clients, business associates, and myself to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our communities. Here are measures I am taking to stay healthy and keep all work environments clean:
Offering Virtual Meetings and Design Consultations. We can still accomplish a lot to plan out your project. We can review samples, color options, and ideas to transform your space.
Before entering a home or scheduling the project I ask customers or anyone in their home or business if they’ve been exposed to COVID-19.
When I’m visiting a home I will be practicing Social Distancing and limiting physical contact such as a handshake.
I carry hand sanitizer and use regularly in addition to thoroughly washing my hands with soap and water.
I clean my tools, equipment, and all environments with disinfectants before and after completing work.
Wearing a mask when in homes or when in contact with customers.
I am also enforcing all of these actions in my own home and outside of work for the protection of myself, my clients, and others.
Limiting Physical Contact
As an alternative to in-person meetings I am gathering as much information as possible via a phone call, email, Facetime, or Zoom; depending on the nature of the call. I am open to other ways of communicating such as FaceTime or Google Hangout.
I am using non-contact payment options. The invoices and quotes have a link to pay via ACH or credit card. I also accept Venmo or Zelle.
Photos go a long way! By providing me images or scheduling a consultation and reviewing your space in Facetime etc., I can effectively create a more accurate quote and overall proposal for your project and see if we are a good fit.
Shiner Studios is being informed on a daily basis of the changes in State Mandates for evolving restrictions for all types of businesses. As reopening requirements are evolving I will closely monitor the best steps moving forward.
If you you’ve been exposed to, or diagnosed with the virus, and we are scheduled for a project in your home or business, I respectfully ask for you to call me at (720) 936-5699 to reschedule your project. If I have just left and you were diagnosed after also please contact me as soon as possible. If I should contract COVID I will discontinue in-person interaction with homeowners for the period recommended by the CDC.
Please Note: Due to an increase wait on some materials not available locally there could be delays in their receipt. Some are at 2-3 weeks maximum. Whether materials are scarce, backordered or taking longer to ship, I will communicate if this is the case. Alternatives options may be available locally depending on the project.
