Concrete: Fireplaces and Architectural Elements
Concrete? Yes! Concrete! There are many formulations of concrete designed for a variety of applications. I’ve been working with concrete for 13 years though not in the terms you would think such as pouring sidewalks, driveways, etc. I used to create countertops and color concrete floors though what I learned I loved the most was vertical surfaces. Fireplaces, columns, walls, and other architectural elements. I am open to painted designs on concrete and collaborating with another concrete company to combine our skillsets.
A common question I am asked is, “Is it “real” concrete? And the answer is Yes! I utilize REAL concrete in innovative applications merging artistic skill sets alongside construction and design principles. I’ve had years of experience and understand what is needed for an exceptionally beautiful and durable finish. It is perfect for those loving a modern, contemporary, industrial, boho design schematic. I love concrete.. it reminds me of my days working with clay, as do plasters. I am fascinated with the sciences as a whole and exploring those depths in the materials I work with.
